Lipstick sunset.

Go to the Greek island of Santorini they told us where they have the worlds most beautiful sunsets. We went for two weeks a few years ago and yes the sunsets where good but you can get them anywhere its just being stood there when it happens. This one was last night in my back garden if I had drove to a better vantage point it would have been awesome. Lipstick sunset....John Hiatt...awesome track live.

While out on my bike I noticed my rear tyre is not strickly legal anymore and I need a new one 200$ and its a bastard of a job to on a bike weighting quarter of a ton.

Been cleaning.

I have an oil leak on one of my front forks on my motorcycle and I will not be able to fix it until Monday so I won,t be going too fast tonight. I shall photograph the procedure when I start just in case I have any bikers view my blog !!!.
Been cleaning out my garage today so I will have room to work. Removed several large bags of rubbish to the refuse site.Frog seems brighter, that's good.

Children.

Why did we not have kids ?.
Combination of reasons which at the time seem valid but on hind sight who knows. First we were poor and our parents were poor so there wasn,t any chance of us being left an inheritance. In 1970 when we got married we also thought is was a shit world to bring up kids in.
Having said that some of my friends were also poor at the time and have brought up 2 or 3 kids while doing the same type of work as myself. My friends children now have children and having known them all since birth and I am now "uncle" to them and treat them as if they were my own.
Second.. After being married for about ten years and my wife taking the pill all that time we decided it would be better if I had a vasectomy so I had my balls cut and that was that.
Third I hate most of the little bastards.
I may have couple in Santiago Chile were I worked for a while when I was 21 LOL.
Think I would have made a good dad but that's irrelevant now.
My brother did not have kids either but my sister has 3. The family name will still survive through my cousins.

Closure.

This word "closure" when used in the context of someone who died makes me want to throw up.
How frog can need therapy in her short life I do not know and it makes me sad that she does.
I am 60 years old, my mother,father,stepfather, stepbrother and god knows how friends and relatives have all died during my life plus all the pets I have had and loved like they were people. More than a million people a day die in the world or are killed, 3000 a year are killed in England in car accidents" that's like 100 aircraft a year crashing".
When somebody you love dies they are dead and that's it, it doesn,t mean you have to grieve for the rest of your life. It happens everyday to thousands of people all over the world. its natural.
Don,t really know what I,m trying to say. Frog if your sad and lonely do something about it.

Don,t you think I,m very inventive with my titles !!!. Bad day at work but that's history try and order parts for my bike later. Pics around the garden, just took them. Acorns starting to fall of the oak tree and holly berries just turning red ready for Christmas

Been a bit of an Indian summer this week very warm nearly everyday.Listening to Mink Deville. Other pics China bet only frog sees these. Just trying to upload a 1.6 megapix of the river but its taking forever, If its not there it didn,t load.
It worked click on to enlarge. Got go now I was supposed to be looking for parts for my bike on the web but this has taken so long I will have to do it tomorrow.
Having problems uploading photos don,t know if I have a virus or the blogs busy so I will have to write something. I have a couple of digital cameras but I usually use a Olympus C-750 its only 4 megapixel but I don,t shoot 0n the highest quality because they take too long to upload to blog. I just shoot snaps while I,am out and about. I used to do the photographer bit "tripods lighting and composition and all that" but now I just try to keep things on the thirds and take snaps. Took the
flowers at 5 o,clock before I went out on my bike, they are in our side garden. Talking of bikes its was a bit scary tonight, that's how it is sometimes, so if at anytime there are no more blogs from me I'm either in hospital or dead. I don,t mind being killed on my bike on the assumption you don,t know your dead but I don,t want to be seriously maimed.

don,t know what happened with previous two posts it said one didn,t load so I did another and they both came on.How did the frog get on with new relatives I wonder, posted a flower for her. My photographs are out of control I have thousands of them and no time to sort and edit them, will have too stop taking so many.

Came across pictures of China and enhanced a few with photo shop 9 I think now I will have to go through all 1000 of them and resave them to new discs.

Tuesday 19.

I have to go to a place called Pudsey near Leeds tomorrow to look at a machine my company has purchased. I have entered the address in my sat-nav so I don,t get lost, not that I ever do "doesn,t matter which way you drive in England you eventually come to the sea". Will take my camera just incase there is anything interesting.
